Back Up Database:
Executing this routine will backup your My Members Database listed below to
your /backups/ directory. You may also choose to restore or
delete any of your older backups that may be listed below.
Caution:
Restoring a backup will overwrite the current active database you
select to restore. Therefore, it is strongly recommended you back up
this database before restoring it.
The number of backups you maintain is strictly up to you. However,
we recommend at least 2.
